Privacy Notice

This notice provides information on the processing of personal data carried out by DE-Trading Kft. (DE-Trading Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság) (hereinafter: Controller) in operating the b2bstock.eu platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

3. Cookies and analytics
The platform uses only cookies and local storage necessary for its operation (functional); there are no third-party advertising/tracking cookies. Traffic measurement is performed with cookie-free analytics solutions (Analyzza and Analyzza Zero) which place no identifying cookie and build no personal profile; the visitor's IP address is processed solely in anonymised (hashed) form and the measurement data is retained for at most 30 days. As the analytics is cookie-free and non-profiling, no separate consent (cookie banner) is required. Details in the Cookie Notice.
4. Processors
To provide the service, the Controller may use the following processors:
- Hosting/server provider: netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Németország — serving the platform and its data.
- Map provider (Tilezza — OpenStreetMap-based "Voyager" map tiles): to display listings on the map, the map tiles are loaded from Tilezza's servers; in the course of this, the visitor's IP address is transmitted to the tile provider. Map data comes from the OpenStreetMap contributors.
- Geocoding (OpenStreetMap / Nominatim and Photon — komoot): when entering a listing's location, the typed place/address text is sent to these providers' servers to determine the coordinates (typically only the town/country instead of the full address).
- Traffic analytics (Analyzza and Analyzza Zero): cookie-free measurement using no identifying cookie and building no personal profile; the IP address is processed in anonymised (hashed) form and the measurement data is retained for at most 30 days. During measurement the browser also contacts the analytics providers' servers.
- E-mail sending service: for the delivery of system messages (e.g. confirmation, notification).
Processors act on the Controller's instructions, subject to contractual and data protection guarantees.
5. Transfer to a third country
Processing takes place primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA). If any processor processes data outside the EEA, this occurs solely subject to appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses).
6. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may submit your request to info@b2bstock.eu; the Controller will fulfil the request within the time limit set by the GDPR.
7. Remedies
If you believe that the processing of your data is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your place of residence. In Hungary this is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) — naih.hu. You also have the right to seek a judicial remedy.
8. Data security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g. encrypted storage of messages between users, secure handling of passwords, access control, encrypted data transmission) to protect personal data.
9. Amendment of this notice
The Controller may amend this notice as necessary; the version in force at any given time is available on the platform.
